The New Hampshire Baseball League (NHBL) is an adult, recreational, wood-bat baseball league for players who are at least 35 years old during the calendar year.  The regular season will begin in late April and go until late-August.

2026 Season Teams:

Bedford Bisons

Empire Badgers

Manchester A's

Merrimack Dodgers

Merrimack Valley IronPigs

Seacoast Braves

South Lawrence Mariners

Each year we try to improve by adding quality teams, new fields, and individual players to those currently in the league. It is our goal to provide players with the opportunity to participate in a highly competitive league while still maintaining a social and friendly atmosphere.

All regular-season games are played on weekends, mostly on Sundays. Games are generally not played on holiday weekends.  At the end of the season, the league has a playoff to determine the new champion and there will also be an All-Star game!

If you have the skills and are looking to play this season, please register at the "player registration" link at the top of the webpage and a league official will contact you.  Play Ball!
